We currently employ over 700 staff members in a variety of job categories. These
categories include nurses, front office staff, laboratory and pharmacy
technicians in the clinics and insurance billing and collections, accounting,
pharmaceutical and supply purchasing and administrative professionals in our
Corporate Office located in Fort Myers.

Full-time employees are offered a benefits package that includes: paid time off (PTO) days, paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, company paid life insurance, the choice between two health insurance plans and the opportunity to purchase voluntary benefits such as dental, short and long term disability, additional life insurance, and other voluntary insurance plans offered by AFLAC. Some of these benefits are also offered to employees working at least 20 hour per week.
