Brad Prechtl
Chief Executive Officer


As Chief Executive Officer of Florida Cancer Specialists, Brad Prechtl is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's mission to provide world-class cancer care in community-based settings close to home. A highly respected senior healthcare leader, Brad has guided the growth of FCS – now the largest independent privately held oncology/hematology practice in the United States – while maintaining the highest standards in clinical care. Brad joined FCS in 2009, bringing with him more than 20 years of physician practice management experience. He spent seven years as CFO and CEO of several PhyCor multi-specialty physician practices, and seven years at US Oncology, a leading medical and radiation oncology practice management company. He served as Executive Director of Practice Operations for Texas Oncology, President of Crozer Keystone Health Network, a multi-specialty group practice, and COO for Physician Oncology Services, one of the most successful prostate cancer treatment networks in Georgia and Indiana. Also, Brad spent three years as an auditor and consultant at Big 8 firms Arthur Andersen and Coopers and Lybrand. Brad graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, obtained his license as a Certified Public Accountant, and earned his master of business administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh. Brad now serves his community as a volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and is Chairman of the Board for the Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation, which provides non-medical financial assistance to qualified cancer patients in Florida. In addition, he sits on the Board of Directors at the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) in Tampa, where FCS is the presenting sponsor of "The Amazing You: Cancer Exhibit." Brad and his wife, Terri, are the parents of four children and his interests include the Pittsburgh Steelers, sports and travel.

Kevin Krenzke
Chief Financial Officer


A certified public accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Kevin Krenzke is responsible for the financial operations of Florida Cancer Specialists. Prior to joining FCS in 2012, Krenzke spent seven years in the specialty healthcare sector, beginning in 2005 with US Oncology, a diversified oncology services company with leadership responsibilities across the finance organization, where he was appointed as Chief Accounting Officer in 2009. When US Oncology was acquired by McKesson Corporation in 2010, he was actively engaged in the merger and led the operational and functional integration with the specialty care solutions division. A native of Texas, Kevin earned his master's degree in professional accounting and bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Kevin also has management experience with Arthur Andersen, BDO Seidman and Deloitte in their assurance services and merger advisory practices.

Todd Schonherz
Chief Operating Officer


A nationally recognized executive with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Todd Schonherz is responsible for Florida Cancer Specialists' day-to-day operations. Prior to joining FCS in 2011, Todd was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for U.S. Oncology. As part of the senior management team, Todd helped set organizational goals and objectives, strategic project prioritization, and tactical execution of company-wide initiatives. He was also responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of information technology and strategic direction for the information technology needs of the organization. While Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer He was named to the Information Week 500 and received the ComputerWorld/IDG Laureate Award, recognizing individuals and organizations that use information technology to benefit society. During his tenure at US Oncology, he also held positions as the director of enterprise applications and vice president, information systems. Todd’s consulting and management experience in healthcare information technology includes positions with Datamedic Corporation (acquired by VitalWorks and later Amicas Corporation), Multum Corporation (acquired by Cerner Corporation), and MedE America (acquired by WebMD and later HLTH Corporation). Todd received a bachelor's degree in health policy and administration from The Pennsylvania State University. Active in numerous professional societies and committees, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife Nina and their four children, travelling and keeping active through tennis, golf, and biking.

Tom Clark
General Counsel


Board certified by The Florida Bar in both health law and tax law, Thomas P. Clark serves as General Counsel for Florida Cancer Specialists. In that role, he is responsible for overseeing the legal and compliance functions of the company. Prior to joining FCS in 2012, Clark was a Shareholder with Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, one of the largest full-service law firms in Southwest Florida. His practice at the law firm was focused on healthcare, acquisitions and mergers, personal service organizations, corporate and partnership structures, taxation, and business planning. Clark is listed in Best Lawyers in America® in the field of healthcare law, and has been named a "Super Lawyer" by Florida Super Lawyers® Magazine. He received an AV-rating by Martindale Hubbell, its highest ranking. Clark is active with The Florida Bar and is a member of the Tax and Health Law Sections. He serves on the Florida Bar Health Law Section Executive Council, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Medical Group Management Association and American Health Lawyers Association. Tom earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with honors from the University of Florida, a law degree (JD) from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University, and an advanced LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University School of Law.

Shelly Glenn
Vice President of Marketing & Sales


Shelly Glenn leads Florida Cancer Specialists' marketing and referral base management initiatives. Shelly joined FCS in 2012 bringing more than 20 years of healthcare industry and business-to-consumer experience with her. She is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of sales, marketing, operations, communications, training and customer service. Prior to joining FCS, Shelly was Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Vantage Oncology, a radiation oncology organization based in Atlanta, GA. While at Vantage, she was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase patient volume as well as the profile of the company. Shelly was formerly the Chief Administrative Officer for Park 'N Fly and previously held positions with increasing sales and marketing responsibilities at The Care Group, Roche Professional Service Centers and Sandoz Nutrition. Shelly received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Lehigh University, as well as a Global Leadership designation from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Dedicated to increasing cancer awareness and education, Shelly currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation. She has also served as a board member for the American Cancer Society's Executive Leadership Council and as Advisory Council Chair for the "Coaches vs. Cancer" Gala. Shelly has also been an active member of the American Marketing Association, Georgia Prostate Cancer Coalition, Kettering Executive Network and Women in Technology. On the personal side, Shelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, biking and running.

Sharon Dill
Vice President of Human Resources


Sharon Dill is a seasoned human resources professional with a over 20 years of diverse experience. At Florida Cancer Specialists, Dill's responsibilities include planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the organization’s human resource function and performance. Her career encompasses both operations and human resources experience, including working for Johnson & Johnson and Bausch & Lomb, two Fortune 500 companies. As an HR leader, Dill's accomplishments include restructuring employee benefits, managing employee relations, streamlining and automating processes, and strengthening employee satisfaction. Dill entered the healthcare industry in 1995 as Director of Human Resources for the NCH Healthcare System in Naples, FL. She then worked in the corporate sector for several years, including Corporate Director of Human Resources with Robb & Stucky, LLLP. In 2006 Sharon returned to healthcare as Vice President of Human Resources with Eye Centers of Florida and was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer. A native of Massachusetts, she received her bachelor of science degree in management from Lesley University in Cambridge, and her master of business administration (MBA) from Florida Gulf Coast University. Sharon is an active volunteer who teaches classes for professionals preparing for the Human Resources Certification Institute exams, speaks to college students entering the job market and supports local animal rescue programs. She also enjoys bicycling and rollerblading.
