Katherine Hogan, RPh

As Assistant Director of Pharmacy, Katherine Hogan is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of Florida Cancer Specialists’ Oncology Specialty Pharmacy, Rx To Go LLC, which includes implementing policies and procedures, as well as ensuring the pharmacy provides optimal pharmaceutical services that meet all legal, accreditation and certification requirements. She joined FCS in 2009 as a staff pharmacist and was promoted to Pharmacy Manager in 2011. In 2015, Katherine was promoted to Assistant Director of Pharmacy/P.I.C. From 2002 until 2009, Katherine was a Clinical Pharmacist for Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy/OptionCare of Southwest Florida and is certified as a Home Infusion Pharmacist.

She has also held positions as a Staff Pharmacist at Southwest Regional Medical Center and a local Independent Pharmacy, and she has been Acting Manager of a high volume retail pharmacy. Katherine earned her bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Florida. Licensed in the state of Florida since 1985 and recently in multiple states, Katherine is active in numerous professional organizations, including the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy, Hematology and Oncology Pharmacy Association, the American Society of Pharmacy Law, Florida Pharmacy Association, and Community Oncology Pharmacy Association.
