After earning his undergraduate medical degree, Dr. Lalit Aneja completed his residency and Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY, which is a major teaching affiliate of the SUNY at Stony Brook School of Medicine. There, Dr. Aneja served as Chief Fellow and was also a Clinical Instructor in Internal Medicine for third and fourth year medical students and he supervised interns. Fluent in four languages, he was published in 2015 in the prestigious Journal of Clinical Oncology and has served as a Sub Investigator on several clinical trials.

In his personal life, Dr. Aneja is a computer enthusiast and avid tennis, soccer and ping pong player. He also enjoys learning new languages and hiking.
