Survivor Wellness Series
Join Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) Registered Dietitians for a four-week series on nutrition after cancer. You’ll learn evidence-based recommendations for reducing cancer recurrence risk, making healthy choices at the grocery store, tips for cooking flavorful plant- based meals, methods for portion control and mindful eating, and tips for making good choices when enjoying your favorite restaurant.
This series is open to all FCS cancer survivors after completing treatment and will repeat every six months if you don’t get to register this time around.
Virtual Classes with be virtual via Zoom on Wednesdays from noon-1 p.m.
