Tina Potts

With more than 25 years of experience in health care information technology, Tina oversees IT operations, infrastructure, network and VoIP, end user computing, service delivery, cybersecurity and cyber risk, procurement systems, and the enterprise portfolio of clinical and business applications. She is focused on delivering secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions that enhance patient care, elevate the provider experience, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Tina joined FCS in 2022 and has advanced through progressively senior leadership roles, including associate director of operations, director of IT operations, and senior director of IT operations, before assuming her current role. During her tenure, she has led large‑scale technology transformations, strengthened the organization’s cybersecurity posture, including achieving HITRUST certification, standardized enterprise platforms, and guided complex integrations and modernization initiatives supporting FCS’ statewide footprint.

Prior to FCS, Tina spent more than 17 years at Baptist Health and eight years at Brooks Rehabilitation, where she led enterprise IT operations encompassing service management, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and incident and problem management. Her background includes deep expertise in ITIL‑based service delivery, disaster recovery, clinical systems support, EMR implementations, and 24/7 healthcare operations supporting thousands of users.

Tina is known for her pragmatic leadership style, strong governance mindset, and ability to bridge clinical, operational, and technical priorities. She is passionate about building high‑performing teams, strengthening risk management and compliance, and ensuring technology serves as a strategic enabler for clinicians, staff, and patients alike.
