Patients can meet with their Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) physician or other members of the care team virtually, through a secure and private video chat service. When appropriate, telehealth visits provide an excellent option for patients who cannot travel or who wish to reduce travel to and from the office.
A virtual visit lets you receive personalized care from the comfort of your home, or virtually anywhere. It’s simple and easy to use. No need to download software or create an account.
Just like a regular in-office appointment, your virtual visit is entirely private and confidential; visits are never recorded or shared.
Depending on your insurance coverage, you will be charged your usual copay/deductible for a regular office visit or a telehealth patient fee for each virtual visit.

To Start Your Scheduled Telehealth Visit
Follow these steps:

Check your email or text messages for a link sent from our practice.

A few minutes before your scheduled visit time, click the personalized room link to start your appointment, or visit FCS.Doxy.me and select your provider.

Enter your name to be placed in your provider’s virtual waiting room.
First time users:
- A yellow banner will notify you to enable your web browser to use your microphone and camera, if available.
- If you are waiting for your appointment to start, take a moment to review the instructional video and helpful tips.
