Vice President, Clinical ServicesDeja Ross-Jenkins serves as vice president, clinical services for Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS), where she provides strategic oversight of clinical operations across nursing, care management, clinical education and related services. She is responsible for advancing an integrated, high-performing clinical model that ensures consistency, quality and efficiency across the continuum of care.
In partnership with physician and executive leadership, Deja drives the development and implementation of clinical standards, operating procedures and system-wide initiatives that enhance patient care and operational performance. She also oversees the administrative and financial stewardship of her areas of responsibility, with a focus on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and sustainable growth.
With more than a decade of oncology nursing experience spanning both academic and community settings, Deja has established a strong track record of clinical and operational leadership. Since joining FCS, she has played a key role in strengthening organizational alignment, including helping to design and implement the Clinical Area Director model to enhance leadership support for frontline teams.
Her experience includes contributing to Nursing Magnet accreditation efforts at NYU Perlmutter Cancer Center and presenting at national forums such as the Oncology Nursing Society Congress. An Oncology Certified Nurse, she holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration.
