Vice President, Enterprise Analytics and Data ArchitectureFranklin oversees the systems, teams and processes that transform organizational data into trusted, decision-ready information. His responsibilities encompass all FCS data platforms as well as oversight of reporting, analytics, data quality and modernization initiatives that support informed decision-making across the practice.
Since joining FCS in 2021 as director of enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence, Franklin has played a key role in advancing the organization’s analytics capabilities, helping transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, enhance patient care and improve outcomes. He was promoted to senior director of enterprise analytics in 2024 in recognition of his leadership and expertise.
With more than 25 years of experience, Franklin has held enterprise data management and data architecture leadership roles with organizations including Oracle, Tampa General Hospital, and Moffitt Cancer Center.
He earned a master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Maryland and holds a bachelor’s in information systems from the State University of New York Empire State College.
