Kodra Ncube, MHA, BSN, RN

Kodra Ncube serves as vice president, operations and special projects for Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS), where she leads enterprise-wide operational strategy and execution across all clinic locations. In this role, she is responsible for driving performance, standardization and continuous improvement to support high-quality, efficient and patient-centered care.

Through close partnerships with physician and executive leadership, Kodra ensures alignment of operational priorities with organizational objectives by leading initiatives that enhance performance through process improvement, data-driven decision-making and technology enablement while upholding strong compliance, financial stewardship and regulatory readiness across all locations.

Since joining FCS in 2022 as regional director of operations, Kodra has rapidly advanced through leadership roles, most recently serving as senior director of practice operations for FCS’ Treasure Coast. She has been instrumental in strengthening clinic performance, building high-performing teams and driving operational alignment across markets.

Kodra began her career as a registered nurse, with experience in emergency medicine and oncology infusion at organizations including Memorial Healthcare System, Oncology & Hematology Associates of West Broward, Mount Sinai Medical Center, and University of Miami. Prior to joining FCS, she served as director of nursing, overseeing multiple outpatient infusion clinics at the University of Miami’s Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Her clinical foundation informs her operational leadership, ensuring alignment between frontline care delivery and system-wide strategy.

She holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Florida International University, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Miami Dade College.
