Jeffrey P. Wolters, MD

Dr. Wolters is a board-certified urologist and urologic robotic surgeon with Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in northwest Florida and southern Alabama. He treats diseases and abnormalities of the male and female urinary system. He has performed over two thousand robotic surgeries to date.

Dr. Wolters received his medical degree and a master’s degree in public health (epidemiology) from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and completed his surgical internship and residency in urology at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. He was awarded a fellowship in reconstructive and robotic surgery at Virginia Urology in Richmond.

In addition to practicing with FCS, which he joined in 2026, Dr. Wolters has previously served a full term as chief of surgery followed by a full term as hospital chief of staff at Florida West Hospital in Pensacola. His work in urologic clinical research has been widely published and presented.

In his free time, Dr. Wolters enjoys golf, traveling, and time with his family.
