Jack Farhi, MD
Dr. Farhi is a board-certified urologist and urologic robotic surgeon with Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Pensacola. He treats urological cancer, ureteral disease, kidney stones, and benign prostate hyperplasia.
Dr. Farhi attended the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he earned his medical degree and master’s in business administration. He completed residency training in urology at the University of Virginia Health System in Charlottesville, Virginia. He was awarded a fellowship in minimally invasive urology at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Farhi has presented at numerous conferences and has published papers during his residency and fellowship. Dr. Farhi practiced with Woodlands Medical Specialists in Pensacola prior to joining FCS in 2026, where he provided care to patients throughout northern Florida and southern Alabama.
In addition to being an avid golfer, Dr. Farhi has a keen interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, economics and the politics of the U.S. health care system.
